Effective September 12, 2026 · ngcode (ngcode.ai)
Account details you provide (such as your email address), the contents of your projects (prompts, generated files, attachments you upload), and basic operational data (such as error logs and usage needed to run and secure the service). We do not collect anything beyond what the product needs to function.
ngcode sends your prompts, project files and relevant attachments to AI providers through OpenRouter. Data handling, retention and use for training depend on the provider and OpenRouter settings and policies. Avoid including secrets, credentials or other people's personal data in prompts or files.
Project data is stored in our database and file storage (Convex). Access is scoped per user: you can only read or modify your own projects, and API routes reject anything else. Traffic is encrypted in transit; passwords are stored as salted hashes, never in plain text.
Contact forms and waitlists store submitted names, email addresses and messages in Convex. The site owner can read, export and delete these entries; they are not added to AI prompts. Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions for abuse. Resend processes contact notifications sent to the owner's verified recipient. Waitlists do not send email or verify visitor addresses.
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and a preference cookie to remember your language. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
We don't sell your data, we don't show ads, and we don't use your project contents to train models ourselves.
You can edit or delete your projects at any time from the dashboard. To export or permanently delete your account and all associated data, contact us and we will action it promptly.
If this policy changes materially — for example if we switch AI providers or add new data collection — we will update this page and the effective date below.
