Terms of Service

Effective September 11, 2026 · ngcode (ngcode.ai)

The service

ngcode (ngcode.ai) turns plain-language descriptions into static websites using AI models via OpenRouter. Accounts, projects, previews, and publishing are provided as-is and may change as the product evolves.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for everything done under your account. One account per person; don't share logins or attempt to access other users' projects.

Acceptable use

Don't use ngcode to build or distribute anything illegal, to attack or probe systems you don't own, to generate malware, spam, or deceptive content, or to abuse the service (including attempts to circumvent rate limits, extract the underlying system prompts at scale, or resell raw API access). We may suspend accounts that violate this.

AI-generated output

Code ngcode writes is machine-generated and may contain errors, security issues, or content resembling third-party works. Review and test everything before relying on it or publishing it. Output you generate in your projects is yours to use, but we make no warranty about its correctness, fitness, originality, or freedom from third-party rights.

Your content and the model

You retain your rights in the prompts and files you provide. By using the service you grant us, OpenRouter, and the AI providers involved only the processing rights needed to run inference and operate the product — see the Privacy Policy for details on what is sent to the model.

Availability and liability

We aim for reliable service but offer no uptime guarantees; the product, the model provider, or any dependency may be unavailable or change behavior at any time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ngcode is provided without warranties, and our liability is limited to the amounts you paid us (if any) in the preceding 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves — including when we change AI models or providers. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date.
